I was only interviewed as part of the assessment centre, the process was quite relaxed with both group and individual tasks to show your skill set. The interview itself was conducted by two people and I was asked to explain my approach to the individual task given earlier in the day.

Assessment day was engaging and challenging, what I had expected to get into such a big company. The only thing that I have taken a dislike towards ARUP is their recruitment process. This is the second time I have been offered an interview, both times I have had to wait 6-8 months in the dark. After the interview I only found out I was unsuccessful 3 months later as I was starting a completely new job.
