Easy, 30-minute phone interview. Two of their mid-level planners asked me 3 questions, which I answered, and I asked them a few questions about the company, the culture, and what they liked about it. They seemed impressed by my questions.

Entrevista
Formal and rigorous. I was asked about education, competencies and suitability for the role. There were two interviewers from the department and they mostly followed an interview script. The interview lasted an hour.

it went very smooth but I believe the process is very long. it takes 2 month to do all the steps and I this it is very stressful to be in this situation.
