I applied the position online in arup website. I started with online asseasment, then face to face interview invitations by phone. I was Interviewed by team leader. The Interviewer is easy going. The process is pretty standard, start with interview questions, then technical questions,after that, company introduction and time for asking questions.

Entrevista
Applied for the position online on the compant website. Took a few weeks before getting shortlisted for the interview. Face to face, 1 to 1 , very friendly and accommodating. No technical question asked. Received call a few weeks later for acceptance of job offer

Entrevista
The interview was held by two members of one of Arup's teams that I was applying for. The interview started by them talking more about the company, which then followed by a set of behavioural and technical interview questions.
