Application form including 5/6 questions along with CV. Following this there was a situational quiz which wasn't too difficult if you had read up on Arup's values. A month or so after this I was invited to an online AC that was held over 2 days. This included a group activity, technical, tour and interview with 2 senior engineers.

Online video interview. Asked to record 1:30 minute responses to 3 questions. Given time to plan answers and re-record if necessary. Questions were very general about why the job offer appeals to you
Applied online in October and then got invited to a virtual assessment centre that happened in December. The online application was pretty straightforward. The virtual assessment centre was a whole day type of thing, it consisted of a technical interview with two panelists, a competency based interview, and then a case study.
