Management will interview looking for technical competence as well as personality traits, to determine if the prospective employee is a good fit. If you are coming right out of school, Arup is looking for top GPA students. If you are coming with ~10 years of experience, Arup is expecting the engineer to serve as a discipline lead for projects, and may ask to step up to lead mechanical department.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth. There were a lot of technical questions, and they also asked about your past experience. Try your best to answer all the questions based on the knowledge you have, and be honest if there are some questions you don’t know the answer to.
detailed interview, nice host. went all well but I wasnt confident enough and made some mistakes. Seemed like I could have gotten the job but I wasnt good enough for some reason
