Applied online, was contacted within a few months by an HR representative. During our call, they just asked me general question about things like when I would graduate, start working, relocation, etc... After that, I had my first interview with someone who work as an engineer, but not in the structural department. They were asking me more structural stuff, but really non-technical. They threw me off with this specific question "What is your favorite structure in the city you live in and why"? Another question they asked was what structural technical skills I have obtained outside of academics which was hard for me to answer since I had never had a job before. They told me after that round, there would be a second round which will require a presentation of something but they never called me back and ended up filling the position a week later.

The interview process was well organised and professional. The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked a range of technical and practical questions related to structural engineering. The process was challenging but fair and provided a good opportunity to discuss previous experience and problem-solving skills.
