Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Arup em mar. de 2014
Entrevista
This was a very standard entry-level interview. Always interviewed by a senior engineer / manager at the firm so there is not a real need to level socially with the interviewer, just express interest and demonstrate knowledge/value/etc. I interviewed for this position two years in a row, because I switched offices and found the interviews to be the same questions but different formats. The first time I interviewed with two managers in person and the second time I interviewed with one manager over the phone but that was mostly because of my prior history with the company and it was a little less formal.

Describe something technical in laymen's terms. Why do you want to work here? Speak about positive/negative experience with a team. Talk about a challenge you had to overcome and how you did so.
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
