Online interview with the HR and a senior manager. Relaxed chat to get to know you a bit, they explained a lot about the company and what they do and try to gauge if you would be suitable. Asked me to talk about previous work experiences and a bit about academics, why I thought I would be interested in working there of all places and why that specific position.

Tell me about yourself and why you want this position
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
