Entrevista
The first was recorded screening interview I guess, just answer random questions within time limit. I was not selected for the second interview. It was a few weeks for me to receive the email telling me to prepare for the first interview. If failed, it did not have email to tell me I was not selected.

The problems could be the general ones like why choosing their company, what strengths and why they made myself more competent than others, and some questions I did not prepared well could be why I think one of their company values important and how I understood it.

Online, it was a pre-recorded interview with 9 questions that were timed and where you had up to 3 tries. Selected candidates were after that contacted for a telephone interview
They might ask questions about personal and technical skills. They have asked hypothetical communication situations where a problem is brought up and how would you respond. They would also ask how you would go about working through a technical problem.

Depends on the team! Mine was a video call from two senior electrical engineers and we talked about the company values and how I would fit in. It was an hour long and a very enjoyable experience. I think the interview process will depend on who the leads of the team are.
