I was invited to a virtual pre-recorded interview, where I was given 1 to 3 attempts to answer each question. There were a total of 9 questions, most of which focused on my background, experiences, and personality. The interview aimed to get a better sense of who I am beyond my resume—questions ranged from my motivations and strengths to how I handle challenges and work in a team. It was a unique format that allowed me to reflect on my journey and present myself in an authentic way, even though I wasn’t speaking to someone live.
