For the interview, I had an assessment center for 2h because it was for the re opening of a store. I had group interview where we had to look out to the issues at a store, make a list individually and then make a list as a group. I had then an individual interview with the manager of the store

Very informal and more of a casual chat, which made me feel a lot more relaxed. This was followed by a trial shift on the shopfloor and involved putting away stock and approaching customers.
