The interview process was long. Once you get into the building. You have to fill out an application which is given to you by a man behind a glass window. He makes you pick up the phone and tells you to fill it out. The application is basically all the same information your resume has. After that the HR lady comes in and takes you to a small room. Another one of the traders also interviews you. They ask generic questions. The trader didn't seem to enthusiastic to be there. After the interview she takes you into a testing room as you have to complete 3 tests which take about an hour and a half. 1st test is math based you have to do without a calculator. 2nd on is excel knowledge and the 3rd one is a writing sample. The HR had problems with the computer when giving the tests. They had to call in an IT guy to fix the tests. I scored really well on them. After that the interview is done and they said how they will let me know in a week. I didn't receive any reply back so I emailed them if they chose a candidate or not. They let me know that the position is being changed to a different role and if I was interested I would have to submit a fresh application. Complete waste of an interview and time doing the tests since they want you to reapply to the role. Had to book a day off for the interview and now they want you to reapply for the role and go through the same process which is a waste of time. Company isn't very professional and HR doesn't seem like they know what they are doing.
