Entrevista
I applied through an employee referral and in addition to a recruiter screen got to speak with 2 department leads before going onsite. The onsite interview was awesome and gave me a good picture of how people work day to day at Asana from presenting a mock customer meeting, talking through customer scenarios, getting to know team successes and painpoints, and of course, lunch with folks from related teams to the one I was interviewing for. No complaints -- I think it's a great format for a half-day onsite and was very much worth my time.
After the onsite interview they mentioned another team member wanted to speak with me before moving forward with references, at which point I decided to remove myself from their hiring process due to an offer I decided to acceptt from another company (nothing against Asana - the role I took was one Asana hadn't been hiring for). The process took about 3 weeks start to finish.

I was invited to have a phone screen with a recruiter. It was very easy to schedule and we used calendly. However, ultimately rhe hiring manager decided to pursue internal candidates for this role.
