Standard interview process - recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, meet with the team and present. After making it through several rounds of interviews and putting in substantial time and effort on my end, I received a generic rejection email from their recruiting system. I emailed all of the recruiting team and the Hiring Manager 4 times asking for feedback on how I can improve to be a better candidate in the future. There was no response. This was a very disappointing candidate experience.
