Gretchen here. I apologize for your experience and want to thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. It has given us the opportunity to improve for future candidates.
We value the time candidates spend on the interview process and want to prevent this from happening in the future. We have since completely updated our interview process to use a new system and this has prevented last minute cancellations.
