The HM is very friendly & sincere & polite & honest, it was overall a very pleasant process. It's not like usual process which always want you to introduce about yourself first, instead the HM let you ask questions to clarify any of your doubts first then only proceed, so I feel that I am fully respected and this is a very fair and welcomed action.

Your normal interview. Payroll manager and Payroll Team Leader were interviewing. They talked about an opportunity for growth and team work environment. Described the structure of the team and it's size. Told there were two payroll systems in the company.
