      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Ascending Solutions (Charlotte, NC) em mai. de 2025

      Entrevista

      Interview process was rushed but very easy. From start to finish it's a rush. You need to be available on their time. By that I mean if they call you today the Interview is the next day and if you cant make it they say the position will go to someone else. Lacked transparency. This is a sales position. You learn about a non profit, go out, and try to get people to donate. The, "marketing" is just the talking to different people. They say it's not sales because it's donations but it's sales lol. If your looking to actually get into marketing this isn't for you. They use alot of buzz words in the Interview process to make you think other wise but it's a simple sales position. They also don't care about the experience you have. Your experience isn't a key to get you in the door. They will train you entry level regardless and start you there.

      They just ask if your reliable and if you have reliable transportation and the earliest you can start. After that they just tell you about the company and that they help market non profits.
