Worst Interview Experience: I got interviewed though COGBEEE. It seems interviewer himself is not having much knowledge on area for which he was taking the interview. I can't stop laugh myself by seeing the confidence of interviewer on his Wrong knowledge. He was trying to prove wrong to me for Few SQL and .NET Related concepts, he argued too much. If You receive any interview invitation for Ascension through COGBEE, I will suggest don't waste your time. My advise to management is to appoint knowledgeable interviewer though you have contract of taking interviews through Third Parties Like COGBEE.
