IF you get an interview with HR, you will be ghosted for weeks, if not months. I interviewed with HR, she said she is moving me to the next round of interviews and to keep checking my emails for an invitation. I checked every hour on the hour for the first few days. Then finally a few weeks later I emailed and asked for follow up and I got, "Oh we already filled the position". The didn't bother to email me, kept my "job application" in workday as "pending". It was very unprofessional.
