The interview process was very fair. They asked questions that were relevant to actual duties of the job. Additionally the interviews included people that I would work with every day so I was able to get a good sense of what the culture would be like from day one.

Four interviews: - call with recruiter/hr - first round: semi technical - second round: live technical/whiteboard coding challenges. A group of challenges that you will work through with a couple currently employed team members. - third round with upper management and ceo to go over experience and expectations.
