      Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Ascent HR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Bengaluru) em out. de 2025

      Entrevista

      The HR team insisted on a face-to-face interview even for the first round, despite my request for a virtual option (Teams/Google Meet). I had to take a 2-hour permission from work and travel to their office near Silk Board during peak hours. When I arrived, the basic arrangements were not in place. The HR arrived 10 minutes late and informed me that the interview would be delayed further because the cabins were not available — something that should have been planned well in advance. The first round itself took an additional 15 minutes beyond schedule. After that, I was suddenly asked to wait for a second round, which was never communicated earlier. Since I was genuinely looking for the opportunity, I waited. After about 20 minutes, the HR returned only to tell me that the interviewer for the second round was unavailable and that I would need to come again on another weekday. Since weekends were not an option for them, I had to insist heavily for a virtual round, which they finally agreed to after two days. The second round went well from my perspective, but after that — complete silence. No update, no feedback, nothing. Even after 45 days, I did not receive a single update. This level of negligence reflects very poorly on their HR practices. Candidates are expected to be punctual, professional, well-prepared, and respectful — the same should be expected from the hiring team. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I hope they work on being more professional and start respecting candidates’ time and effort.
