The interview process was inefficient and poorly screened. After an initial phone conversation, I was asked to provide detailed written responses to multiple executive-level decision questions , because the HR forgot to ask me during our interview and which were explicitly forwarded to the CFO.
Despite this additional work, the process ended with a rejection based on lack of “industry alignment” — something that was obvious from my resume and known before the written questions were requested. This raises serious questions about internal alignment and respect for candidate time.

Entrevista
Two rounds of interviews: first with a recruiter and then with two members of the team I would be joining.
The first interview was very relaxed and easy going, just to get to know me and tell me a bit about the company. I received feedback from the recruiter very soon after this.
The technical interview was focused on one tool, in this case Power BI, and it was to see how I would approach certain tasks and to get a grasp of my base knowledge of Power BI.
I received an offer in the following week.
