Honestly. This place is a dumpster fire. Private equity bought them, and management obviously hasn't been challenged in 20 years. When the topic of compensation came up, they offered me $30k less then I'm currently making and asked if I was ok with that. Hiring manager walked out of the interview after 8 minutes for another meeting. He couldn't even bother giving me 30 minutes of his life. If you have any self confidence and value your own experience, don't work here. It's obvious you'll just end up as a number that will eventually get laid off when the private equity company sees fit.
