They give you an application from a huge stack, because they are constantly hiring. You have to take a personality exam which has "no wrong answers". They talk for a very long time about how AshCos a big "family", and if you work hard for no guaranteed income then someday you might make a lot of money and be part of "the family"/

Are you willing to work without pay? Full-time, over-time, rain, snow, heat? Until we eventually decide to pay you whatever we feel like paying?
Do you understand that there is no guarantee that you will be paid? (They literally had no other questions for me, other than to make it abundantly clear that I was not guaranteed any actual income).
