Very informal, but informative. The interviewers were very relaxed, and seemed to have a genuine interest in what I was looking for, and what my preferences were. Overall, a very enjoyable interview.

It was a very firendly and thorough process. It consisted of an entire day interviewing for about 30 min for each person I would interact with, form the plant manager to process engineers. Behavioral questions and small talk. Fairly casual, very thorough. They all seemed like great people, I had another offer but it was an incredibly tough desicion
