I applied online. Approximately 1 month later, I received three brief test edits: one each in economics, education, and medicine, most of which was well beyond my specializations. Some time afterward I had a phone screen with two senior employees. Around 2 months after my initial application, I was told that my application was denied and that they're looking for someone with a business background.
