I applied two positions and the whole process took several months. Long time waiting. Both positions I was in the final interview. But negative experience, for the associate project assistant, they have internal staff applied. So the interviewers did not ask a lot. Just 10 minutes to complete the interview. Like they just do the process, actually they have already decided. For the investment officer, in the round 2 interview, I don't know why the interviewer ask me questions all in Chinese. Another interview in video cannot understand. Another interviewer came in after 20 more minutes.
