There are two rounds of interviews. The first one involves an HR staff member and a senior team member. Questions in this round are more like background checks. Then, after a month, there is the second round of interviews with the Secretary General. If you pass, the HR should contact you within 3-4 weeks. If not, you will not be contacted.
