Entrevista
I applied. I think by fax. Six months later, I get a phone call to come to an orientation. That sounds like I'm hired or being hired. Nope. It was a conference room, filled with other candidates. We were told what steps to take to GET hired. I was never interviewed. Not really.

There was a document, like a profile, that I filled out about how long I spoke my other language, where I was born, if I was a citizen - no interview though.
