4 phone interviews then on-site. Back to back meeting over lunch time but they do not provide lunch. The team seems friendly and smart. I do learn a lot even from the interview questions. One thing I would hope they can do better is to switch some questions to phone interviews as you do not need to bring a non-CS person onsite to see if he/she has CS background.
