Extremely casual and in person interview. Relatively simple and basic interview questions. More focused on customer service backgrounds and computer skills. Was called in to interview and lasted about 20 minutes.

The manager was so sweet and kind. They ask about you but also tell you about them as a person which is great. They seemed very up front with what they were looking for

You get sent an email from recruitment to schedule a phone pre screening time. I scheduled my time , and I got email confirmations of the time and the time zone. When it came time, I called the recruiter because I didn’t receive a call at the scheduled time and she said I was wrong about the scheduled time and she tried calling me twice, but I only received one missed call. Which I didn’t answer because it wasn’t the correct time for the interview.
