Started with an introductory phone call then scheduled a virtual interview with hiring manager. Made it to the second round with interviews with the hiring manager and head of services. There was an exercise where they ask questions about a document that was sent to you before the interview.

It's now 3 years later and I still haven't received any answer or feedback to my interview.
Independently of my performance I just would like to emphasis the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy of this company. I sent several messages asking for feedback and never received any answer.

Entrevista
Interview with the hiring manager and the team of analysts. It was a challenging process, yet they provided great insight. Overall the manager wants to understand the candidate's approach to solving a complex problem. It is less important in the interview to have the right answer, and more important to fully explain how you go about tackling a difficult data analysis task. Also, it is important to do at least some research on the SmartTrack tool prior to the interview as well as the company as a whole. This is a great company with great people, so the difficult interview is definitely worth it.
