Entrevista
I was reached out to via LinkedIn by a 3rd party recruiter and honestly never heard of the company. I might have had between 2-3 phone screening with a recruiting company who were very professional and encouraging. And 4 virtual interviews with the manager, hiring manager, some people on the team, and a separate with the CIO. All the interviews with the team/manager: they asked great questions about my knowledge on the insurance product, application/software questions, my previous roles and current role tasks related to the interviewed position, and experience working with offshore team.
The interview with the CIO: The most outdated interview experience one could have. He just bragged about his accomplishments and belief that he brought innovation to the company. And then treats you like someone not worth his time because you aren’t answering in an old fashion way. I felt like he wasn’t looking at me as an individual and was looking for a drone/yes man to follow his belief blindly. So just a pointless interview. After that interview, I was told I was going to be reached out for the next interview in person with the CEO/tour the building, with a supposedly feedback the manager liked me for the role but either I got ghosted or given a vague rejection. Just wanted to finally give my experience after finding success elsewhere.

3 rounds of interviews, one with the HR screener, one with the lead, and one in person "super day". The questions are mostly behavioral, make sure to know your projects.

Entrevista
I went through a phone screening with HR, one interview with a junior analyst, and then an in person super day where I spoke with the whole team and CEO. Overall, not a bad experience.
