I applied online and two weeks later, I got an email for an invitation for a on-site interview; no phone screening. The on-site interview consisted of a two-panel interview. I was informed of the decision the next week.
Their interview questions were developed by corporate and broken into parts; behavioral questions, then team work type questions. And lastly, each interviewer ask one of their own questions.
