After months of being dragged along, and several interviews with multiple department heads I was turned down for a position which I was over qualified for according to the job posting. I believe it was extremely unprofessional how this was handled. I was interviewed 3 times and it went great- then interviewed by one department head (I was sick at the time but still interviewed well) and then the interviewer cut the interview short after maybe 7 minutes. I then later that day received a rejection letter. I had been drug along for 2 months just to receive a half hearted 7 minute interview and then a rejection letter not even an hour after that. Again, I was highly over qualified for the position with over 10 years of landscape related experience. I was very disappointed how the interview process was handled and honestly feel very disrespected by the lack of consideration.

2 phone screenings and 4 zoom interviews. One interview featured an executive in a dimly lit garage checking on construction work at his house. I didn’t hear anything for a month after my final interview. I followed up a few times and was told I would have an answer by end of day but never heard back. Terrible post interview follow up gives cause for concern. As a high level user of the software currently I am now worried about my companies exposure with the merger they have gone through with service titan.
