First interview was with one other person. Interviewer had our resumes in hand along with a sheet of questions for us to answer. We were asked the same questions a few times but were also asked a question in slightly different ways. Interviewer then described company's mission and specific job (that we are interviewing for) duties. Then went on to describe the ability to move up in company roles. Took a total of about 30 minutes. I was called back for a second interview where I would be "shadowing". It was a good way to see where a prospective employee would start and how they'd eventually move up into other positions. Just was not for me.
