It was difficult to gauge engagement, and the experience felt rushed. Additionally, the HR mentioned that the role would be determined based on where I fit, rather than for a clearly defined position, which made expectations somewhat unclear. I was also asked to complete an animated video and social media assignment before the interview process had progressed, which took approximately two days over a weekend. Despite the time and effort invested, there was no follow-up after submission, even after I reached out. This lack of communication, especially after requesting substantial work upfront, made the process feel one-sided and incomplete.
