Phone screen with recruiter went great. Video call interview with the Hiring Manager also seemed really great, and he told me on the interview that it was good and he was putting me through. Next was panel interview with prospective colleagues. That was just a weird interview, weird vibe. It was very unclear on what they were asking / what they were looking for, and some questions were based on how they do things and seemed confused that other companies don't do it that way, or the processes I've been involved with were different. It just seems odd that an interview can go great with the Hiring Manager, and then fall apart. Finally heard the no-go at the 2 week mark.
