Like others have said, it’s a 4 stage process. Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Senior Manager then a panel presentation. They’ll make you feel like a top candidate, then without any negative feedback (despite asking for criticism), decline you after going through all of the stages. They will also join each meeting 5 minutes late.
