Interview process was the most thorough I’ve experienced. It included online skill testing, timed questions and video answers before first vertical interview. Followed by more skill testing.
Virtual interview with HR who were positive, informative and very personable. Overall pleasant experience.

Interview feels like a friendly chat and easy going . It's straight to the point will your job duties explained in a layman's nderstanding . With a customer service experience you are good too go.

The interview process was organized, however, there are multiple steps to the process so this made it a bit long. The interviewer was very nice and easy to speak with. There was also a technical porition as well to test software/computer literacy.
