Consisted of an initial phone screen, phone interview with hiring manager and their superior, rounded out with background check and fingerprinting-- standard retail banking fare. Interviews were very relaxed and fun. Entire process took about one week.

It was a very step-by-step process. The interviewer was very nice, and it seemed like she was recording my answers as we went. It was an overall ok, average interview.

What was one moment where you received criticism, and how did you handle it (in your previous job)?
This was an over the phone interview. The interviewer asked the standard situational type questions, then would type the answers. Certainly a good idea to touch up on the basic interview questions beforehand.

Entrevista
Very friendly. There were 3 different managers from different areas and different banks there to ask and also share their experience. They shared a fun fact about themselves and had a conversation with me instead of just asking questions so please be ready to be yourself.
