The interview process was thorough and well designed. They ask questions while you respond with the STAR method. The interviewers were very friendly and considerate interview process! The process concluded with 3 interviews.

The interview process was pretty smooth. I was told about the complete process at the very start and asked if I was comfortable going through three different interview rounds of 60 min each. It was one of the most honest and heartfelt conversations I've had with any HR manager. She asked me about my goals and ambitions instead of simply focusing on skills and what I bring to the table!
