A recruiter called and went over my experience. They were friendly and suggested minor edits I make to my resume to get approval from their client to bring me on. They sent a list of 5-6 questions and I answered thoroughly. Took me about 30 minutes. Once I submitted my edited resume and questions, they called a few hours later and told me I got the position.

The recruiter ghosted me after adding me on LinkedIn, calling, emailing and setting up a phone interview. She sounded highly interested in me as a candidate and I prepared and waited over an hour for her. She never showed up. I was left disappointed and in awe of the unprofessionalism.
