Mailed resume, was forwarded to office in India. Multiple calls back and forth. Phone chat with manager, tech interview, etc. I think I spoke to about 3 people before a proper Skype call with Neva office that happened almost a month later after rapid calls. I was given a positive response but eventually didn't receive an offer.
