you will be asked about technical knowledge regarding position you applied. There will be general knowledge question about what's happening in the world, especially what will be impacting the automotive world.

It takes a long time to be fully accepted in the company.
It takes up to 4 months to become a employee in the company.
Within the 4 months, you will not have a notification about your status.
Your chance after passed the user interviewer will go to 70%, but the worst thing is in medical check up process. You will have probability down to 50% - 50%. If you are in bad condition within medical check up, your 4 month process will be devastated,

The user interview panel, in which they will ask you about the detail of your previous job and they will keep challenging you. Of course for the one who love to speak Bahasa, it is certainly you cannot pass, because the interviewer will talk to you only in English.
