It was very unprofessional, just a call by the HR to schedule an interview very quickly, and they didn't even apologize for the unorganized process. I had a discussion with two people. Then they send a rejection email, when I contacted them to know the reason, they never replied back. Which's very unusual from a Swedish employer. I think most of the companies in Sweden respect candidates who do interviews, and they explain clearly which areas they should improve on when asked, or they, at least, give a valid reason for rejection.
