One phone screen and one group interview is conducted and a decision made from the results of that. The in-person interview is more situational than skill-based.

The interviewers were great and made the process very engaging. I would recommend them to a friend anytime. HR was also very helpful but request for documents for onboarding almost became very stressful.

The interview process was thorough and efficient. There were three steps. The first was recruiter call, next was interview with hiring manager, final interview was with a panel of teammates.
