Pre-screen, Hiring manager, team, then senior leader. Started the process in May, last interview was in July, now in September haven't heard anything back. After applying online shortly after the job was posted, the recruiter got in touch with me the next day. The pre-screen interview and the 1:1 happened very quickly. The group/panel interview happened about a month later at which point I knew I was already going to get a job at another company. And then by the time the senior leader got around to interviewing me I had already accepted another role. I wish I could have worked with AstraZeneca but they really dropped the ball on keeping the interview process moving along quickly. Not sure if they ever hired for the role. Advice for other applicants, manage up, and help them move the interview process along. Hopefully that's not an indication of what its like working there.
