Entrevista
interview process took a long time, multiple days with many different departments. Very thorough process. Background checks, references and situational questions. Only frustration was the length of time it took to get to an offer. I would suggest being very prepared with good examples of results generated in past jobs. Be ready also for very long days of interviewing.

Usually 3 rounds. An initial screening call, then two separate interviews. One of the interviews is values and behaviors and the other one is technical. AZ will provide you a packet to help with the questions. It follows STAR

Three rounds, very professional, including hr screening, hm interview and panel interviews. Panel interview also has different sessions. I learned a lot from the interview process. Hope to have more opportunities in future.

Multiple stages for interview and rigorous process. This takes a long time, which can frustrate some people. If you find this is super annoying, you are unlikely to enjoy working here. Culture requires resilience and dedication.
