Phone interview with a manager, then 1 on 1 with a manager at the Frederick Manufacturing Facility, then an interview with a panel of supervisors. At each level they asked the standard interview questions and vetted my resume. There is not a whole lot of surprises especially since the interview was through a recruiter. Most of the hires here start out as Temporary Employees first and are already working in the position they are interviewing for.
